Greetings,

Sixteen brothers from Province 20 attended the 2011 Leadership Institute this past week. The event was held at the University of Southern Indiana in Evansville, IN. Participants attended workshops that included the "Science of Decision Making," "Leadership," and "Conflict Resolution," which was present by our own Dean Shatley. Some registrants participated in either the Fraternity Education Pre-conference presented by the National President and Vice President, or the Men of Song Chorus, which put on a beautiful concert at St. Benedicts Cathedral. Brothers in attendance participated in the Sinfonia Olympics, witnessed the intiation of Dr. Karl Paulnack, and heard a wonderful keynote address from Dr. Paulnack. Overall, the 2011 Leadership Institute was a huge success and it was wonderful to see so many of our brothers in attendance. I look forward to seeing you all at our province events and then in Orlando, Florida next summer, for the 2012 National Convention. All Hail, Brothers.
